Dickinson High looks to hand East Region-leading Valley City its first loss of the season when they meet at 6 p.m. tonight in the Midgets’ homecoming game at the Biesiot Activities Center.
The visiting Hi-Liners are 3-0 and are ranked No. 5 in 11-man Class 1A. Dickinson enters at 2-1. Both teams handled their only common opponent, Watford City, in back-to-back weeks with Valley City winning 42-7 and Dickinson earning a 45-7 victory.
Valley City and Dickinson will both look to move the ball on the ground first, with the Hi-Liners coming in averaging just over 300 yards rushing a game.
