If you’re not already familiar with it, former Dickinson State athlete and current Divide County basketball coach Dalyss Hanson runs a podcast called Swim Lessons, where he often interviews athletes and coaches.
Liggins, who grew up in Bismarck and graduated from Bismarck High School, is one of the best athletes to come out of DSU. He was a football and track all-American and signed with the Philadelphia Eagles to play defensive back. He then spent time in both the CFL and XFL.
